On November 5, facilitator Dmytro Fedorchak held a supervision session for the core team and volunteers of the Volunteer Center "Way" in Rivne. One of the main topics discussed was how personal trauma affects a person’s spiritual growth – and whether it can be transformed from an obstacle into a resource.
During the training, Dmytro offered practices that help participants recognize their emotional states, accept them without judgment, and find potential for spiritual development. The group also discussed how our experiences, especially traumatic ones, shape our perception of ourselves, others, and God, and how this influences our daily lives and ministry.
